根除Hp治疗对Hp相关性溃疡患者血清细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨根除幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)治疗对Hp相关性溃疡患者血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选择2013年9月至2015年12月的Hp相关性溃疡患者180例,所有患者均给予根除Hp治疗,观察Hp根除治疗对血清细胞因子水平的影响。结果:治疗后,Hp根除率为95.6%;治疗后C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)含量分别低于治疗前(P<0.05),CRP、IL-2与Hp阳性呈正相关性(r=0.443,P<0.05)。结论:根除Hp治疗Hp相关性溃疡患者能发挥很好的临床效果,也能促进血清细胞因子CRP、IL-2表达恢复正常。Objective： To investigate the impact of HP eradication therapy on the serum cytokines level of patients with HP-associated ulcer and its clinical significance. Methods： 180 patients with HP-associated ulcer from September 2013 to December 2015 were chosen,all given HP eradication therapy; the effect of HP eradication therapy on serum cytokines was observed. Results： After treatment,the HP eradication rate was95. 6 %; the serum content of C-reactive protein（ CRP） and interleukin-2（ IL-2） were lower than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）.Spearman correlation test showed that CRP and IL-2 showed significant positive correlation with HP-positivity（ r = 0. 443,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Hp eradication therapy treating HP-associated ulcer can play a good clinical role,and also can promote the expression of serum cytokines CRP and IL-2 to return normal.
