知识基础资源与竞争优势:创业导向与学习导向的联合调节效应

摘　　要：作为重要的企业资源,知识基础资源在一定程度上决定了企业成败。本研究基于资源基础观和知识理论,利用234份有效问卷研究了知识基础资源与竞争优势的关系,并探究了创业导向与学习导向的权变效应以及二者的联合调节效应。实证结果表明,知识基础资源对竞争优势具有显著的正影响,创业导向与学习导向对竞争优势的影响也显著,而且,创业导向与学习导向对知识基础资源与竞争优势关系的调节效应也十分明显,此外,创业导向与学习导向的联合调节效应也成立。最后分析了相关研究结果及管理启示。As an important resource, knowledge -based resource determines the success or failure of the enterprise in a certain extent. Based on the theory of resource base view and knowledge, this paper studys the relationship between knowledge - based resource and competitive advantage, and analyzes the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation, and their joint contingency effect by using the 234 valid questionnaires, The empirical result shows that the knowledge - based resource has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, and the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage are significant, This result shows that the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on the relationship between knowledge -based resource and competitive advantage are also very obvious, in addition, the joint moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation is established. Finally, this paper analyzes the research results and management implications.
