摘 要:针对塑料给料系统这一相对独立的操作单元,对其结构设计方案及控制系统进行了说明。分析了塑料给料系统的硬件组成、运行过程和功能,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)主要硬件包括电源、接口、中央处理器、信号源、功能模块,能够很好地利用触摸显示屏实现人机交互。最后提出塑料给料控制系统软件设计,利用比例积分微分(PID)算法进行模糊控制,根据所设定的控制规律反复调节直至达到生产要求,实现送料温度及速度控制。Based on the relatively independent operator of the feeding system for plastics, the structure design and control system were introduced. The hardware composition, operation process and function of the plastic feeding system were analyzed. PLC mainly includes power supply, interface to the hardware, central processing unit, signal source and function module, and it can make good use of the touch screen to realize human-computer interaction. The plastic feeding control system software design was proposed in the end. Based on the fuzzy control with proportion integration differentiation (PID) algorithm which could use the control rule set by repeated adjustment to meet the production requirements, feeding temperature and speed control could be realized.
