摘　　要：根据高等学校战略性新兴(支柱)产业人才培养计划的要求,从校内教学和校外实践两个方面分析了化学工程与工艺专业实践教学的现状,并从建立校内实训平台和融合实习与毕业设计环节两个方面提出了对策,建议设置专业综合实验,将科研项目引入实验教学,实行分散式实践,校企协同指导毕业设计,达到提高学生实践动手能力,培养学生工程意识,提升创新能力的目的。According to strategic emerging institutions of higher learning industry personnel training plan, here, we analyzed the present situation of chemical engineering and technology professional practice teaching from two aspects of teaching from the school and outside school practice. And we put forward the countermeasure from two aspects of the campus training platform and the integration of practice and graduation design link. We advice set up comprehensive experiments, introducing scientific research experiment teaching, the implementation of distributed practice and collaboration between colleges to guide the graduation design, which wish to improve students＇ practical ability, training students＇ engineering consciousness and improve the purpose of the innovation ability.
