摘 要:以新疆丰富的菜籽油为主要原料,加入表面活性剂制备绿色环保水溶性混凝土脱模剂。利用单因素实验研究不同的乳化剂复配方案,筛选出效果稳定的复配方案;在此基础上,对在乳化剂用量、温度、搅拌速度和时间参数下进行正交实验。确定了制备乳化剂的最佳方案:Span60∶OP∶Tween80∶SDBS=5∶2∶2∶1,乳化剂用量为3%,在50℃,1200 r/min的条件下乳化60 min。乳化剂加入菜籽油制备混凝土脱模剂:失水山梨醇油酸酯(span60)/1.5 g,失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(Twen80)0.6 g,OP乳化剂/0.6 g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)/0.3 g,水/10 m L,菜籽油/15 g,膨润土/0.5 g,三乙醇胺(TEA)/0.5 g,在50℃水浴,1200 r/min的条件下加热搅拌。混凝土粘附量为4.9 g/m2,脱模效果和纯油相当,且使用时可稀释20~30倍,经济性良好,因此可用于工业大批量制备混凝土。利用该方法制备的脱模剂具有操作安全,无油污,环境污染小,防腐防锈等特点。The green water solubility concrete demoulding agent was prepared by adding surfactans to the Xinjiang rapeseed oil. By using the single factor experiments of different emulsifier solution, the stable compositional formulation was selected. The orthogonal experiment was performed by changing dosage of emulsifier, temperature, stirring speed and time. The optimum condition for the preparation of emulsifier was: Span60∶OP∶Tween80∶SDBS=5∶2∶2∶1; the amount of emulsifier was 3 %; the emulsification was conducted under the condition of 50 ℃ and 1200 r/min for 60 min. The concrete release agent was prepared by adding emulsifier to the rapeseed oil: sorbitan monooleate(Span60)/1.5 g, sorbitan monooleate polyoxyethylene ether(Twen80)/0.6 g, OP emulsifier/0.6 g, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) /0.3 g, water/10 m L, rapeseed oil/15 g, Bentonite/0.5 g, triethanolamine(TEA)/0.5 g. The experiment was performed in a stirred water bath, under the condition of 1200 r/min and 50 ℃. The adhesive capacity of concrete is 4.9 g/m2. The stripping effect is equal to that of pure oil. It can be diluted to 20~30 times for use, which has good economic performance. Thus, it can be used for mass production of concrete in industrial practice. The releasing agent prepared by the method has the characteristics of safe operation, no oil pollution, little environment pollution, anti corrosion, rust prevention, etc.
