两种用于食盐中碘含量测定的常规方法比较研究

摘　　要：针对食盐中碘含量测定的两种常规方法:滴定法(碘量法)和分光光度法进行了比较研究,通过三个批次的实验数据分析发现,两种方法的相对偏差不超过0.65%,而分光光度法操作相对简单,特别对多个样品连续测量,优点更为凸显。Two kinds of conventional method for the determination of iodine content in salt, which are titration method（iodometric method） and spectrophotometry, is studied in the paper. Through the experimental data of three batches of analysis shows that the relative deviation of two methods is less than 0.65 %, while the spectrophotometry is more prominent because its operation is relatively simple, especially for multiple samples continuous measurement.
