摘 要:护理实验室是护理人才培养和教学科研工作的基础。根据加涅提出的八个学习阶段理论,以"护理学基础"实验技能操作教学为例,系统探讨了加涅学习理论在护理实验教学的应用策略。结果表明,加涅学习理论在护理实验教学与实验室管理中的应用,有助于提高护理实践教学效果,有利于护理实验室管理与教学的有机结合。本研究在培养学生的慎独精神和人性化护理意识,激发学生的护理实践兴趣,增强学生的职业感和应变能力方面有着积极作用。Nursing laboratory is the basic condition of nursing talent training,teaching and research work. According to Gagne's eight learning stage theory,taking the "basic nursing " experimental teaching as an example,the paper systematically discusses the application of Gagne learning theory in nursing experimental teaching. The results show that the application of Gagne learning theory in nursing experimental teaching can not only improve the quality of experimental teaching,but also combine the management of nursing laboratory and teaching. The study has positive effects on developing students' self-supervision spirit and humane care consciousness,and also enhancing the students' professional sense and strain capacity.
