大仪共享平台的构建及其效益最大化

摘　　要：很多高校都建立了大型仪器设备共享管理机制,但是因为各种原因,整体上还没有形成一个完整、切实有效的管理体系,开放共享的效率还有待提高。大型仪器设备共享平台的构建对于减少重复购置、提高师生的科研水平和创新能力、促进学科融合、推动"产学研"工作的开展有着非常重要的作用,为此,提出建立大型仪器设备的共享管理系统、管理队伍、开放共享基金、管理与评价机制、激励机制、购置前的论证等实现大仪共享平台效益最大化的各种举措和建议。Many universities have established the sharing management systems for large-scale instruments and equipments,but because of various reasons,these systems have not yet formed complete,practical and effective ones.And open sharing efficiency needs to be improved. The construction of a platform for sharing the large instruments and equipments has very important role in reducing repeated purchase,improving the teachers＇ and students＇ scientific research level and innovative ability,enhancing the discipline integration,and promoting the industry-universityresearch cooperation. Based on these purposes,a series of suggestions and measures,such as the establishment of large instruments and equipments sharing management system,management team,open sharing fund,management and evaluation rules,incentive rules,and argument rules before the purchase of large instruments,have been proposed here.
