摘　　要：人才培养模式的探索在高职教育领域是一个永无止境的研究课题,本文作者通过企业调研,对高职工程造价专业的培养定位、职业能力及其实现途径进行分析,形成了"双基两化三段式螺旋上升"人才培养模式,经过3年的探索与实践,效果显著,具有一定借鉴意义。The exploration of talent training mode is a never-ending research subject in the field of higher vocational education. Based on enterprise research, this article analyzes the professional orientation, professional ability and its realization ways of engineering cost specialty in higher vocational colleges. The unique talent training mode was formed. After three years of exploration and practice, it has obtained remarkable effect and has certain reference significance.
