摘　　要：本文通过分析当前高校社会化培训面临的机遇与挑战,提出构建以普通高校为主体,结合当地政府、行业主管部门或行业协会、企事业单位、特色培训机构多元参与的"一主多元"社会化培训模式,从"一主多元"的各个层面探究了其具体构建方法,继而提出实施"一主多元"社会化培训体系的实施优势。By analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the current college socialization training, this paper puts forward the construction of 'one with some supporting elements' social training system, combined with the diversified participation of college, local government, industry authorities or industry associations, enterprises and institutions, special training institutions. It explores the specific construction methods of 'one with some supporting elements', and puts forwards advantages of the implementation of 'one with some supporting elements' social training system.
