毛竹鞭笋与冬笋、春笋的内在特征分析

摘  要:为开展鞭笋高产技术研究,提高竹林总产值,对毛竹鞭笋与冬笋、春笋的笋芽萌发数量、竹笋个体质量和竹笋生长方向等因子进行对比分析。结果表明:与冬笋和春笋相比,鞭笋笋芽萌发数量少、笋个体质量小,竹鞭平均直径比立竹平均胸径小4倍,且被挖出利用的鞭笋只占鞭笋总量的40.3%。分析表明,单位面积鞭笋产量低于冬笋和春笋的原因是由毛竹自身的内在特性所致。为提高鞭笋产量,应及时采挖鞭笋,促使岔鞭多发,并适时施肥,促进支鞭萌发生长。In order to improve the total output of bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) forest, research on high - yield rhizome shooting technique was conducted, including the compared analyses of diverse factors such as the number of rhizome shoots, winter shoots and spring shoots, individual quality of shoots and growing direction of shoots. The results showed that the winter shoots on rhizome are less in number and small in individual size, the average diameter of rhizome is 4 times less than the average DBH of standing bamboo compared with spring shoots, besides the rhizome shoots dug out for use only accounts for 40. 3% of their total produced volume. Further analysis indicated that the reason for the lower unit area rhizome yield of winter shoots than that of spring shoots is determined by the intrinsic characteristics of To improve the yield of rhizome shoots, digging out the shoots should be carried out in time so as to bring more shooting. In the meanwhile, fertilizers should be applied timely to promote the growth of side rhizome.
