摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体制的不断改革和推进,社会对医疗机构的要求也日益提高,这就需要医疗机构内部的卫生人力资源形成有效支撑。本文对云南省临沧市某学校附属医院卫生人力资源现状进行调查,了解其人力资源配置状况及存在问题,并提出对策建议,为医院的长期可持续发展提供决策参考。With reforming and advancing of China's medical and health system, society has put much higher requirement on medical institutions, which needs effective support of health human resources within these institutions. This paper investigate the human resource status of affiliated hospital of X school in Lincang,learning about present human resource allocation and existing problems, and proposes corresponding countermeasures that serve as strategy reference for sustainable long-term development of the hospital.
