摘  要:汽车生产车间拧紧机种类繁杂,数量众多,分布于生产流水线的各个工位。如果某一工位拧紧机出现故障,短时间内得不到解决,将大大影响整个生产流水线的工作效率,给公司造成难以估量的损失。基于以太网通讯方式,将生产车间内拧紧机进行组网,经过数据精细化处理后,上传到中央控制器,进行数据存储,实时显示。通过生产过程能力分析算法,可以预测拧紧机使用寿命及维修保养时间,利于生产车间合理安排生产,保证了长期无故障生产,从而提高了生产经济效益。There are many quantities and different types of bolts tightening machines in the automobile workshop,which are distributed in each working station of the production line. If a tightening machine were broken at a certain station,which could not be resolved during such a short time,it will greatly affect the efficiency of the entire production line,which would bring the company of immeasurable loss. All the tightening machines were connected based on the Ethernet method of communication,then all the data processed in detail would be uploaded to the database on the server while be real-timely displayed. This production system can predict the service life and maintenance time of the tightening machine through the production process capability analysis algorithm,which is advantageous to the reasonable arrangement of the automobile production in workshop,and can guarantee the long-term non-fault production while improving the production economic efficiency.
