摘　　要：针对一种"PC机+运动控制卡"的控制系统进行研发。该系统以PC机、运动控制卡PCI-1243U、动态链接库函数和Window s操作系统等作平台为基础。采用Lab VIEW开发人机交互界面,采用导入共享库的方式调用动态链接库,实现对运动控制卡的驱动,驱动器控制电机动作,实现了运动控制要求。该系统方案在运动控制系统方面有着广泛地运用,开发周期短、成本低、实用性好、可扩展性高。This paper proposes a control system based on PC and motion control card machine. The system consists of PC, motion control card of PCI-1243U, dynamic link library and windows operating system. LabVIEW is used to develop the interactive interface. The way of importing shared library is used to call DLL to drive the motion control card driven, then the driver control the motor to achieve the motion control requirements. The program of the system has advantages of short development cycle, low cost, high practicability and scalability in the motion control system.
