摘　　要：通过对相关参考文献的梳理、归纳,总结出了20个(包括合作绩效)影响合作绩效评价的主要指标。运用解释结构模型的分析方法,得出各影响因素之间的多级递阶有向图,揭示了各指标之间的相互作用关系,并从中发现主要影响指标及其主体结构,最终据此构建评价模型。Through to analysize and conclude of the related references,summarize 20 （including cooperation, performance） main, indicators that in-fluence cooperation, performance evaluation.. Using explanation, structure model analysis methods concluded the multilevel hierarchical digraph of va-rious influencing factors , reveals the interaction, relationship between, the indexes, and find the main, influencing index and its main, structure, even.- tually build evaluation, model accordingly.
