摘　　要：介绍了姑息照护的概念,从姑息照护服务对象、服务需求、服务模式、服务提供者、服务内容、服务的成本与效益、服务的意义7方面综述了国内外姑息照护研究现状,提出存在的问题包括付费机制不完善、姑息照护团队不完善、病人及其家属对姑息照护缺乏认知,以期为今后的姑息照护服务与研究工作提供借鉴。It introduced the concept of palliative care and reviewed its status quo from 7aspects of service object,service requirements,service model,service provider,service content,service cost and benefit,significance of service at home and abroad.It also put forward the problems including the not perfect payment mechanism not perfect palliative care team,patients and their families lacked awareness of palliative care.The purpose of the study was to provide references for the future research of palliative care services.
