摘　　要：小微企业作为助力中国经济发展的"轻骑兵",其生存发展状况是我国经济"新常态"的折射。结合对苏南、苏中和苏北地区部分市县的调研数据,了解江苏小微企业生存发展的现状,分析企业存在的主要问题及面临的困难,探讨适应和引领新常态的要求、促进小微企业发展的对策。Small and micro enterprises are the hussars for China’s development and its survival condition can reflects the clear outline of China’s economic new normal. Combining with the survey data of South, Middle and North Jiangsu, this paper researches on the general situation of today’s small and micro enterprises in Jiangsu, analyzes the main problems and difficulties they have, and discusses strategies and suggestions which fit and lead the demands of the new normal and benefit the development of small and micro enterprises.
