对我院中药饮片处方常见问题的点评与分析

摘　　要：目的为提高中药饮片处方质量和合理用药水平,对该院2016年2—4月的门诊中药房处方进行点评及分析。方法随机抽取300张处方,填写门诊中药饮片处方点评表,并进行分类统计。结果用药不合理处方共147张,49%的处方不合理,其中不规范处方79张,用药不适宜处方19张,超常处方145张。结论不规范处方应提请医师认真执行规范,饮片剂量超量,应区别情况商酌,建议系统开展针对单药及复方的剂量相关安全性研究,构建具有中医特色的方药剂量相关的安全性检测平台,尽快推出中药饮片临证应用指南。Objective To review and analyze the prescription of Chinese medicinal decoction in clinic in our hospital from February 2016 to April 2016 in order to improve the quality and rational medication level of prescription of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces.Methods 300 pieces of prescriptions were randomly extracted and the prescription review form of the prescription of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces were filled in,and given the classification analysis.Results There were147 pieces of irrational medication prescriptions,and 49 percent of prescriptions were irrational,including 79 pieces of nonstandard prescription,19 pieces with improper medication and 145 pieces of prescriptions beyond the normal.Conclusion The nonstandard prescriptions remind the physicians of implementing standards,and for the excessive tablet dosage,we should consider the specific conditions,and the system is suggested to carry out the related safety research of dosage of single-drugs and compounds,construct the safety detection platform with Chinese medical characteristics and launch the clinical application guidance of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces as soon as possible.
