摘  要:成本控制是工程项目重要的控制内容,成本集成控制是以成本、工期、质量三者为控制要点以定性和定量分析相结合的综合均衡优化控制。在密肋复合墙结构工程施工阶段,根据成本集成控制理论建立工期-成本,质量-工期的线性关系,并基于效用理论分别构建成本、工期、质量的效用函数,在多属性效用函数下建立成本集成控制模型,并用遗传算法求解,为实现项目成本的定量控制提供理论依据。通过案例说明该模型的有效性即:降低成本、提高质量、缩短工期。Cost control is an important control content of project, cost integrated control is a comprehensive equilibrium optimization control method that takes cost, time, quality as control points and based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the multi-ribbed composite wall structure construction phase, the linear relationships of time-cost and quality-time are constructed by the cost integrated control theory. And based on utility theory, the utility function of the cost, time and quality of the project is constructed. The integrated controlling model of cost is set up under the multi-attribute utility function which provides the theoretical basis for integrated controlling of cost. The effectiveness of the model is illustrated by a case study, which is to reduce the cost, improve the quality and shorten the construction period.
