摘　　要：同时实现苹果内外部品质的无损检测是现代果业发展的必然要求,文章采用光谱成像技术,通过采集待测苹果在不同波长通道的图像,进行图像处理与苹果表面散射光谱分析,实现苹果外形尺寸与糖度信息的同时检测,为快速有效的苹果分级检测提供一定技术支撑。The development of modern fruit industry need detect the internal and external quality of apple nondestructively and simultaneously. Spectral imaging technology is used in this paper, acquired the images of measured apple at different wavelength, by image processing and analysis of apple surface scattering spectrum, detected the size sugar content information of apple simultaneously. Some technical support is provided for apple fast and effective detection and grading.
