摘　　要：目前在我国高职学生的岗位适应性训练仍然以校外顶岗实习为主,虽然在短期内解决了学生所学专业和工作岗位对接的问题,但在学生管理、教学计划实施、考核评价等方面存在着一些突出问题,因此加强校外顶岗实习学生的教学评价和管理势在必行。本文通过实践探索,初步提出了解决以上问题的一些措施。At present, the adaptability training of vocational students in China is still based on internship outside the university.Although the problems of students' specialty and work-related docking are solved in a short time, there are some outstanding problems in student management, teaching plan implementation, assessment and evaluation. So it is imperative to strengthen teaching evaluation and management of internship students outside the school. In this paper, through practice and exploration, some measures to solve the problems are proposed initially.
