摘　　要：针对某型装备电路板种类繁多(包括数字电路、模拟电路、数/模混合电路等)、信号频段宽、特征变化范围大、测试精度要求高等技术特点和测试需求,运用自动化测试系统集成技术、智能化故障诊断开发技术,采用以PXI总线与LXI总线、GPIB总线并重的多总线结构,对某型装备电路板测试试验系统进行了设计研究。For a kind of equipment, its types of circuit board（including digital circuits, analog circuits, digital / analog circuits, etc.）are so many, the range of signal frequency band is wide, the range of features is wide, the requirements of test precision is high, and so on.The automated test system integration technology, intelligent fault diagnosis and development technology are used, the multibus architecture that takes the equal emphasis of PXI bus, LXI bus and GPIB bus are used to design and study a certain type of equipment circuit board test system.
