摘　　要：随着我国经济建设的不断扩大和深入,人才培养与教育事业需要不断地改进和完善,才能适应当前我国综合国力不断提升的要求。针对现在国家科技、经济、管理人才的发展现状,成人教育在人才的培养方面担负着重大的责任。虽然在过去的发展进程中做出了很多卓有成效的工作,但是纵观国内的成人教育管理工作,还存在着很多的弊端,使得成人教育管理出现危机。如何更好地对待危机,解决危机,是本文主要探讨的内容。With the continuous expansion and deepening of China＇s economic construction, personnel training and education needs the constant improvement and perfect to adapt to the current requirements of the constant improvement of the comprehensive national strength in China. In view of the present situation of the development of national science and technology, economy and management talent, adult education has a great responsibility in the training of talents. Although in the past the development process, a lot of fruitful work was made,but there are still a lot of drawbacks in the domestic adult education management work. So, the adult education management has crisis. How to better deal with the crisis and solve the crisis is the main content of this paper.
