摘　　要：高职毕业生就业质量不高阻碍了高职教育的发展,影响就业质量不高的原因主要有政府指导层面、院校培养层面、企业层面、毕业生自身等层面的原因,针对这四方面的原因提出了高职教育供给侧改革以提高大学生就业质量的路径。That the higher vocational graduate＇s employment quality is not high has hindered the development of higher vocational education. Factors that affect the employment quality, mainly include the factors of the government guidance, the training level of colleges and universities, the enterprise level, graduates themselves, and this paper puts forward the way to improve the quality of employment in four aspects.
