摘　　要：推行"校企合作,产教融合",是应用型高等院校培养适应经济建设新常态的应用型人才的有效途径,不仅优势互补,还可达到校企共赢。本文通过珠宝首饰工艺及鉴定专业教学改革实践,剖析"校企合作"的人才培养模式,探讨应用型大学教育设计的思路和方法。For higher colleges, the promotion of university-enterprise cooperation and production-teaching integration is the effective way to cultivate applied talents to satisfy the needs of the new normal of economic construction, which can realize the complementary advantages and achieve a win-win situation. Through the teaching reform practice of jewelry process and identification specialty, this article analyzes the talent training mode of university-enterprise cooperation, and discuss the thought and methods of application-oriented university education.
