摘 要:此课题研究属于学习素养评价系统设计专题的阶段性内容之一,其研究目的是建立一套学习素养评价指标的权重体系.在具体的研究实践中,笔者通过运用Delphi专家咨询法,历时近四个月,经过两轮咨询完成该项研究.通过对回收的数据进行整理、分析、处理,发现:在P<0.05的显著性水平,取得专家协调系数分别为0.337和0.403,具有统计学意义;在学习素养评价指标体系中,知识迁移和反思与创新所占的比重最大,分别是0.13和0.15;学习参与度、精致策略、学习调控策略权重次之,均为0.12,而记忆策略所占的权重最少,仅仅0.07.这项调查反映了在当前突出创新能力培养的历史背景下,专家们对于情境问题解决能力、学习主动性和元认知策略运用的普遍重视.该研究结论不仅可以用于学习素养评价专题,同时也对中学生的成长性学习评价具有一定的参考价值.This study is one part of the system of learning literacy assessment. Its purpose is to establish a set of assessment indicators of learning literacy. In the concrete practice, the author used the Delphi Method to collect the data to be analyzed, which took nearly four months. After sorting out, analyzing and processing those data, the following conclusions were reached that the cooperation index from the experts is 0.337 and 0.403 at the significance level of 0.05 (Significance test P〈0.05), respectively. each had statistical significance;the indicators of Transfer of Knowledge and Reflection and Innovation had the largest proportion in the all assessment indicators of learning literacy, the weighted value reached 0.13 and 0.15 respectively, the indicators of Engagement in Learning, Strategy of Elaboration and Strategy of Regulation and Control came subsequently, they were all 0.12, but the Strategy of Memorizing had the smallest percentage, its weighted value was 0.07.This fact was reflected in the survey that the experts place a high value on the ability of problem-solving in a real life situation, activeness of learning and the application of meta-cognition in the historical background of highlighting creative abilities. In short, these conclusions can be applied not only in the subject of assessment of learning literacy, but also have reference values for the assessment of developing learning in high schools or junior high schools.
