摘  要:城市道路大面积进行软土地基处理时,常采用堆载预压排水固结法,为了控制施工安全和质量,需要根据监测数据指导施工,在所有的监测项目中,地基沉降变形是最重要的一个监测项目.通过工程实例验证表明,加载期软土地基沉降速率较快,其沉降量可达总沉降量的50%以上,预压期沉降过程曲线表现出逐渐收敛的过程;根据两监测断面显示的数据可知,要达到卸载条件,超载预压期至少要在10-12月以上,软土层厚度越大,预压期越长;推测出软基工后沉降、固结度、连续两个月的沉降量同时满足设计要求时,再进行卸载,更有利于保证工程质量.研究成果可为本区域软土地基的设计及施工提供依据.The stack preloading consolidation method was always used to conduct soft soil foundation process for urban roads.In order to control the quality and ensure the safety in the construction,it needs to command the execution according to the monitoring data.The foundation deformation monitoring is the most important one in the all monitoring items.Through the real construction cases,it was demonstrated that the settling rate of soft soil foundation was much faster during the loading process and could reach above 50 % of total deposition.In the pre-compression process,the subsidence process curve showed a gradual convergence process.According to the data shown in the two monitoring sections,the preloading time above 10 or 12 months can reach unloading condition.The more thick soft soil,the longer preloading time.Unloading work was conducted when the settling volume of soft soil post-construction,consolidation,and subsidence in consecutive two months was speculated,meanwhile,satisfied the design requirements,which could ensure the engineering quality more effectively.The results of this study can provide scientific foundation for soft soil foundation design and construction in the local region.
