摘　　要：结合武钢中厚板分厂生产实际,分析影响中厚板成材率的主要因素,提出提高成材率的改进措施。通过优化成材率设计、避免轧制缺陷、降低品种结构影响以及打破思维定势等方法,中厚板成材率得到显著提高。On the basis of actual production in WISCO Medium Plate Plant,the paper analyzes the major inf luencing factors of medium plate yield rate, raises corrective measures to improve the yield rate. By means of various methods such as optimizing yield rate design, preventing rol ling defects, reducing the effects of product variety structure and creatively breaking the thinking set , the yield rate of medium plate is signif icant ly improved.
