摘 要:针对稠油蒸汽驱采收率偏低的问题,利用二维物理模拟设备开展N2泡沫辅助蒸汽驱可视化实验研究,得到了泡沫注入前后油层波及情况以及泡沫驱的微观图像,并对泡沫驱微观机理进行了分析。实验结果表明:由于油水黏度的差异,注采井间容易出现黏性指进现象,从而产生明显的汽窜通道,油层波及范围有限;泡沫驱过程中,泡沫占据多孔介质中的大孔道,使后续流体发生转向进入小孔道,从而扩大油层波及范围;泡沫驱结束后,油层最终波及范围可达到77.93%,比单纯蒸汽驱提高了31.75个百分点;同时,泡沫的乳化作用能够有效地剥离多孔介质中的残余油,从而增大微观驱油效率。Due to the relatively low recovery factor of heavy-oil steam-flooding,laboratory 2D physical simulation apparatus is used to carry out the experiment of N2 assisted steam-flooding. The actual swept levels before and after foam injection and the microgram of foam flooding are gained to analyze the microscopic mechanism of foal flooding. Experiment analysis shows that viscous fingering frequently occurs between injection and production wells due to the viscosity difference of oil and water,which will result in the creation of steam channeling channel and reduce swept efficiency. The large channels in porous media are occupied by foam during foam flooding treatment,which results in diversion of subsequent fluid and flow into small pores and increase swept efficiency. The final reservoir swept efficiency is up to 77. 93% after foam flooding,which is 31. 75% higher than that of simple steam-flooding. In addition,the residual oil in porous media can be effectively recovered by the emulsification of foam,which will increase microscopic oil displacement efficiency.
