摘  要:针对液压挖掘机故障风险分析中故障风险难以定量评价的问题,提出综合考虑故障对功能的影响程度、故障对系统的影响程度、故障发生的概率等三方面因素,通过应用半定量的评点法来进行故障风险评估。结合液压挖掘机在作业过程中出现的故障,按照风险评价理论,利用评点法对故障风险等级进行评定。相关方法便于用户更加直观地了解液压挖掘机当前的运行状况,为合理维护保养及使用提供理论依据。In view of difficult quantitative assessment and analysis on failure risks in a hydraulic excavator there was put out a mixed consideration of degrees of the trouble affecting the excavator's functions,affecting the system,and possibility of the occurrence,so as to carry out such an assessment by utilizing a semi qualitative local evaluation,i.e.in consideration of failures happening in operation according to risk-assess theories and utilizing a local evaluation method.These relative methods can facilitate the end-user to understand the hydraulic excavator's existing working conditions,thus providing a theoretical basis for logic maintenance and service as well as operation of the machine.
