摘　　要：目的探讨康派特医用胶在肝脏穿刺活检中的应用方法及其效果。方法回顾性分析37例肝脏占位待确诊的患者,在超声引导下进行穿刺活检,活检后以康派特医用胶封闭穿刺道。观察应用效果。结果 37例患者均成功进行了穿刺活检,穿刺成功率为100%,其中肝细胞癌23例,胆管细胞癌7例,转移癌5例,肝硬化结节2例。所有患者均未出现出血。结论康派特医用胶用于肝脏穿刺活检后封闭穿刺道是安全有效的。Objective To investigate application method and effect by Compont medical adhesive in liver puncture biopsy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 37 patients with suspected focal liver. Patients received Compont medical adhesive for puncture point sealing after ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy. Their application effects were observed. Results All the 37 patients received successful puncture biopsy, with success rate as 100%. There were 23 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma, 7 cases with cholangiocellular carcinoma, 5 cases with metastatic carcinoma and 2 cases with cirrhotic nodule, without any hemorrhage case. Conclusion Implement of Compont medical adhesive is safe and effective for puncture point sealing after liver puncture biopsy.
