IOL-Master测量硅油填充眼眼轴长及人工晶体度数的准确性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨采用光学相干生物测量仪IOL-Master测量硅油填充眼眼轴长及人工晶体度数的准确性。方法拟行硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的硅油眼患者36例(36只眼),使用IOL-Master测量并比较硅油取出前及术后1个月的眼轴长度,行玻璃体腔硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化摘除同时植入IOL-Master测量所得人工晶体度数,比较预估屈光度数与术后1个月电脑验光所测等效球镜值。结果 36例患者手术顺利,行硅油取出前IOL-Master测量平均眼轴(24.75±2.41)mm与术后1个月的(24.52±2.39)mm比较,术前IOL-Master测量所得人工晶体度数植入后的预估平均屈光度数(-0.51±0.12)D与术后1个月电脑验光所测等效球镜平均值(-0.57±0.18)D比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IOL-Master测量硅油眼轴长的准确性高,IOL-Master测量人工晶体度数,可直接应用于行硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入的患者。Objective To investigate accuracy by optical coherence interferometry IOL-Master in measurement of axis oculi and artificial lens power in silicone oil eye. Methods A total of 36 patients（36 eyes） with silicone oil eye received silicone oil removal combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Comparison was made by IOL-Master on axis oculi before removal and in postoperative 1 month, artificial lens power after silicone oil removal combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, predicated refractive diopter and spherical equivalent in postoperative 1 month by computer optometry. Results All 36 cases received successful operation, and differences between mean IOL-Master axis oculi before silicone oil removal as（24.75±2.41） mm and（24.52±2.39） mm in postoperative 1 month, between predicated mean refractive diopter by IOL-Master before operation as（-0.51±0.12） D and spherical equivalent in postoperative 1 month by computer optometry as（-0.57±0.18） D had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion IOLMaster shows high accuracy in measuring axis oculi. Measurement of artificial lens power by IOL-Master can be directly applied in patients who receive silicone oil removal combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.
