摘　　要：讯问语言的运用在我国刑事诉讼活动中具有非常重要的意义。但实践中出现了讯问语言运用中"威胁、引诱、欺骗"的法律界限不明确、语用不符合法律语言要求以及转化为笔录后信息失真等问题,应当及时建立正当性判断标准,提高讯问人员的法律语言使用水平以及保障讯问中录音录像的完整性来阻止实践中讯问语言运用的异化。The use of interrogative language is of great importance in the practice of criminal case. However,there are still problems in practice such as obscure definition of＂threatening,eliciting,cheating＂,language not conforming to the requirement of legal language,information missing in transcription. It is suggested to set up standard for legitimacy,promote the interrogator’s legal language competence and establish the system to make sure that a complete audio and visual record would be kept.
