浅谈地方政府公共危机处理中的网络舆情公关——以天津滨海新区爆炸事件为例

摘　　要：在信息高速传播的今天,"两微一端"成为引导社会舆论议程的主流工具。公众对于社会公共危机事件的关注度不断提高,网络媒介工具的普及、宽松包容的网络环境以及新媒体的不断涌现,为公众发表观点、表达情绪提供了可能的环境。面对公众日益高涨的监督政府行为、关注社会问题的积极性,网络舆情成为政府公共危机处理工作中不可忽视的影响因素。因此,政府应该重视网络舆情公关活动,将其看做公共危机处理中的重要环节,转变观念、培养人才、改进技术,通过评估活动和制度建设来保证网络舆情公关工作的严肃开展。In the context of high speed information spreading,＂two micros and one side＂is the main instrument that leads the public opinion. People have paid more attention to the public crisis. The popularity of internet and mass media and new media provide a possible environment for people to express their opinions and feelings. People have great interest in supervising the government’s actions and social issues. The online public opinion has become an important factor. The government should pay more attention to the online public relation while dealing with public crisis. It is suggested to take this as an important part,train more talents,improve technology and construct related system to guarantee the practice.
