摘　　要：目的：探讨中老年男性行前列腺癌健康筛查的临床意义。方法：对綦江区50岁及以上男性行前列腺癌健康筛查,将筛查后确诊的前列腺癌患者作为筛查组,另以同期因下尿路症状及血尿、尿潴留、骨痛等症状就诊而被确诊的前列腺癌患者作为临床组。比较2组患者的年龄、血清前列腺特异性抗原、前列腺体积、病理分级、前列腺癌临床分期和治疗方法。结果：筛查组患者平均年龄、血清前列腺特异性抗原、前列腺体积、病理级别和前列腺癌临床分期均低于临床组（P〈0.05~P〈0.01）,而行前列腺癌根治性手术例数明显多于临床组（P〈0.01）。结论：中老年男性行前列腺癌健康筛查,可以达到早期诊断前列腺癌的目的,有助于为前列腺癌患者提供更多治疗方案和更佳的治疗时机。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of the health screening of prostate cancer in middle and old aged males. Methods：The prostate cancer in males with 50 and more than 50 years old were screened in Qijiang. The identified prostate cancer patients were set as the screening group, the prostate cancer patients with lower urinary tract symptoms,hematuria,urinary retention and ostealgia were set as the clinical group. The age, serum prostate specific antigen and prostate volume, clinical and pathological grading and treatment of prostate cancer between two groups were compared. Results： The average age, serum prostate specific antigen, prostate volume,pathological and clinical staging in screening group were significantly lower than those in clinical group （P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0. 01 ）. The number of patients treated with radical prostatectomy in screening group were significantly more than that in clinical group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：The health screening of prostate cancer in middle and old aged males can early diagnose the prostate cancer, provide more treatment scheme and best treatment time.
