回龙观社区“3+2”助理全科医师教学实践基地教学实践方法与思考

摘　　要：城市社区卫生服务工作近年来得到了快速发展,为了进一步落实分级诊疗制度,全科医生队伍的建设尤为关键,因此,全科医学教育以及"3+2"助理全科医师的培养工作其重要性日益凸显。回龙观社区卫生服务中心于2012年成为首都医科大学"3+2"助理全科医师实践教学基地,站在全科带教人员的角度,在近几年的"3+2"助理全科教学实践中,初步积累了经验和体会,并总结了社区"3+2"助理全科实践教学中存在的不足,及提出相应的对策。The city community health service has developed rapidly in work, in order to further implement the classification system, general practitioner team construction is the key, therefore, general medicine education and the cultivation of the ＂3＋2＂ assistant general practitioners work highlighted its importance increasingly. Huilongguan in 2012 community health service centers become ＂3＋2＂ assistant general practitioner to the capital university of medical sciences, the practice teaching base, the author to stand in the angle of the general teaching staff, in the ＂3＋2＂ assistant general teaching practice of recent years, a preliminary accumulated experience and understanding, and sums up the community ＂3＋2＂ assistant general shortcomings in the course of practice teaching, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
