摘　　要：目的探讨低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤(LGESS)组织中Cyclin D1、p16INK4的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测36例手术切除后经病理确诊的LGESS瘤组织中Cyclin D1和p16INK4蛋白的表达,分析它们与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果 Cyclin D1、p16在LGESS中的表达率分别为47%、39%,且它们的表达与患者的年龄、是否绝经、孕产次、肿瘤大小、肌层浸润深度、是否脉管侵犯、有无淋巴结转移均无相关性,但Cyclin D1与临床手术病理分期及LGESS预后有关(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1阳性表达的低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤与肿瘤侵袭性的临床行为有关。Objective To explore the expression of Cyclin D1,p16INK4 proteins in lowgrade endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues. Methods The expression of Cyclin D1,p16INK4 proteins in 36 cases of LGESS was detected by immunohistochemical method. The correlations between the two proteins,clinicopathological factors and the prognosis were analyzed. Results Expression rates of Cyclin D1,p16INK4 proteins in LGESS were 47%,39% respectively,and there were no significant correlations between the expression of the two proteins and age,menopause,parity,tumor size,depth of myometrial invasion,lymphovascular space invasion and lymph node metastasis. Cyclin D1 protein expression was associated with FIGO stage and the prognosis of LGESS（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The positive expression of Cyclin D1 in LGESS might be associated with clinical aggressive behavior of tumor.
