摘　　要：目的探讨开放、腹腔镜、达芬奇机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治手术的医学经济特点及解决措施。方法回顾性分析某院近3年不同术式前列腺癌根治手术的病案资料,对影响其住院总费用的相关因素做单因素分析,以前列腺癌根治手术住院总费用为因变量对住院费用进行多元回归分析。结果单因素分析结果表明:付款方式、住院天数、病例类型、手术方式是影响住院费用的因素,多元线性回归分析显示影响住院费用的因素依次为手术方式、住院天数和付款方式。结论根据病情选择最佳手术方式,使患者尽快康复,缩短住院天数,减轻患者负担。Objecive To explore the characteristics of economic of different approaches in the treatment of prostate cancer,open,laparoscopic and robotis assisted laporoscopic prostatectomy and find the solution.Methods The date of different surgical approaches for treatment of prostate cancer in the last 3 years were collected.The relative factors which would affect the cost were analyzed retrospectively.Results The single factor analysis showed that the type of payment,the duration of hospitalization,and the surgical approach could affect the hospitaliztion cost.Multiple linear regression found that the factors which affect the hospitalization cost is surgical approach first,followed by the duration of hospitalization and the type of payment.Conclusion The choice of treatment approach should be based on the individual condition,that will shorten the duration of hospitalization,fasten the postoperative recovery,and decrease the economic burden.
