徐特立民主办学思想及其对高校办学的启示

摘　　要：徐特立具有丰富的民主办学思想,重点包括四个方面：依靠全体教师、坚持师生平等、实施民主管理、主张思想自由。这些思想对于当前高校办学具有重要的启示：要大力推动高校民主管理的实行;要坚持实施以人为本的管理体制;要加强学校和谐校园的创建。XU Te-li has rich democratic ideas of running schools, mainly including four aspects： relying on all the teachers, adhering to the equality between teachers and advocating freedom of thought. These ideas give an important students, implementing democratic management, enlightenment to the current university education which goes as follows： to vigorously promote the practice of democratic management in colleges and universities; to implement the people-oriented management system; to strengthen creating a harmonious camous.
