现行教师资格认定制度下的美术学专业教学改革研究

摘　　要：国家教师资格认定制度的改革,对高校美术学专业的教学工作提出了新的要求。美术学专业学生教师资格证考核方式包括笔试和面试。考核的内容,包括美术学科的知识与能力、美术教学评价能力、美术教学实施能力和美术教学设计能力等。现行教师资格认定制度下的美术学专业教学改革,主要应体现在课程设置的改革上,可适当压缩通识课程的教学课时,增加专业理论课程内容和关于教师资格考试的内容,并在学院层面实行＂导师制＂,以提高学生的教师资格证书通过率,提升其综合能力。The reform of the national teachers＇ qualification certification system calls for new requirements for teaching includes the arts teachers＇ art majors in colleges and universities. Teacher＇s qualification certification exam for art majors mainly a written test and an interview. Content of the exam includes knowledge and ability of the arts discipline , teaching evaluation ability, fine arts teaching and art teaching design ability, etc. Under the current qualification certification system,arts professional teaching reform should be embodied in the curriculum reform, to be specific, the general knowledge courses should be appropriately decreased, while the professional theory courses and courses about the teachers＇ qualification examin should be increased.Furthermore, ＂tutorial system＂should be implemented at the college level in order to improve their passing rate and improve their comprehensive ability.
