摘  要:为了研究破碎松软底板注浆效果,以汾源煤业为试验矿井,采用物探法、检查孔法、渗透系数测试法、数字钻孔电视法、P-Q-t法对工作面底板注浆效果进行评价,并对回采工作面涌水量进行监测。研究结果表明:注浆后富水区域消失且地层电阻率上升;注浆后底板岩层整体性得到提高且钻孔涌水量降低了93.3%;注浆后地层的渗透系数为1.62×10-5~1.74×10-5 cm/s之间;注浆后裂隙数量减少了35条且裂隙宽度明显降低;P-Q-t法以定压与定量作为注浆结束依据,注浆压力达到预设压力,且注浆速度小于5 L/min的时间超过30 min,结束注浆;工作面回采过程中涌水量保持在60 m3/h以下,小于工作面排水能力,实现了安全开采。In order to study on grouting effect of soft and crushing floor, taking Fenyuan coal company as the experimental mine, grouting effect of floor undulation was evaluated through physical exploration method, method of inspection hole, test method of permeability coefficient, and method of P-Q-t. At the same time, inflow of water of face was monitored. The results have shown that: l) The water-rich area disappears and formation resistivity increases after grouting; 2) The integrity of floor strata is improved and inflow of water of hole is reduced by 93.3% after grouting; 3) Permeability coefficient of strata is 1.62x10-5-1.74x10Scm/s after grouting; 4) The fractures reduced by 35 and width of fractures obvi- ously decreased after grouting; 5) P-Q-t method takes constant pressure and quantitative as a basis for grouting end. When grouting pressure reaches the preset value, and the speed is less than 5L/min grout- ing over 30 min, the grouting is ended; 6) Inflow of water of face is kept below 60 ma/h which is less than drainage capacity of working face, and safety mining is achieved.
