摘　　要：云存储在管理科学化、存储海量化、共享同步化、利用智能化以及经济实用化五个方面为其应用于高校档案信息系统提供了可能性。高校档案部门可以借此契机,在制度与职责、云存储平台的提供、职业人员素养的提高三个方面为云存储在高校档案信息系统的应用提供保障。The five aspects of the scientific management, massive storage, synchronized sharing, intelligent usage, and economical practicability make it possible for cloud storage to be used in university archives information system. University archives departments can take this opportunity to provide security for the application of cloud storage in university archives information system from establishment of rules and responsibility, provision of the cloud storage platform, and improvement of the quality of professional personnel.
