摘　　要：主要介绍了降低喷涂机器人清洗溶剂消耗量的几种途径,通过采用合适的清洗溶剂、不断优化清洗程序、改善设备,达到降低清洗溶剂材料的消耗,减少VOC排放的目的。Several ways to reduce the amount of solvent consumption of spraying robot were introduced. Through using of appropriate cleaning solvents, continuous optimization of the cleaning process and improving the equipment, the consumption of cleaning solvent materials and VOC emissions were reduced.
