5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤癌及皮肤癌前病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤癌前病变及皮肤癌的效果。方法随机将我院收治的84例皮肤癌前病变及皮肤癌患者平均分为两组。观察组行5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法,对照组行常规手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率、复发率及手术费用等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤癌前病变及皮肤癌效果理想。Objective To observe the effect of 5-ALA-PDT in the treatment of precancerous skin lesions and skin cancer. Methods 84 cases of precancerous skin lesions and skin cancer patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group used 5-ALA-PDT,and control group used routine operation. Comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The effective rate,recurrence rate and operation cost of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of 5-ALA-PDT in the treatment of skin precancerous lesions and skin cancer effect is ideal.
