肝脏瞬时弹性值与肝纤维化病理炎症分级的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Fibro Scan弹性成像仪在诊断肝纤维化炎症分级中的价值。方法回顾性分析200例进行瞬时弹性成像检查的慢性乙型肝炎患的肝硬度值(LSM),以肝纤维化病理炎症分级结果为标准,与AAR、APRI等评分进行比较,分析其与纤维化病理炎症分级的关系。结果发现LSM硬度值与APRI两者联合诊断,对肝纤维化炎症分级的诊断灵敏度为0.837,特异度为0.941,P<0.000 1。结论瞬时弹性值与APRI值两者联合可提高肝纤维化分级的诊断效率。Objective To investigate the value of Fibro Scan elastic imaging instrument in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis and its correlation with the inflammation grade of liver fibrosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 200 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B,got the liver stiffness value of LSM with liver fibrosis pathological grade as the standard,and AAR and APRI scores were compared,analysis of its relationship with inflammation grade of liver fibrosis. Results LSM hardness values combined with APRI two index of diagnosis,the sensitivity for diagnosis of liver fibrosis grade of inflammation was 0.837,the specificity was 0.941,P〈0.000 1. Conclusion The combination of LSM value and the APRI value can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
