摘 要:目的 探讨CGF复合骨诱导活性材料在牙周炎患牙位点保存中的应用。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年6月在乌鲁木齐市口腔医院就诊并诊断为慢性牙周炎患者40例,需拔出患牙46颗,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各23颗。对照组采用常规方式治疗,实验组使用CGF复合骨诱导活性材料行牙周炎患牙位点保存术。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 使用CGF复合骨诱导活性材料行牙周炎患牙位点保存术,可有效提升该类病症的治疗效果。Objective To explore application of CGF composite bone induction activity materials in periodontitis site preservation of tooth. MethodsFrom January 2015 to June 2016, 40 patients with chronic periodontitis were diagnosed as chronic periodontitis in urumqi oral hospital, a total of 46 teeth can not be preserved, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 23 teeth in each group. Control group was treated with routine treatment, experimental group using CGF composite bone inducing active material for the patients with periodontitis, comparison of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of CGF composite bone inducing active material for the preservation of dental site in patients with periodontitis, which can effectively improve the treatment of the disease.
