摘　　要：目的 评价CEREC椅旁系统在前牙美学瓷贴面修复患者中对患者修复满意度的影响,为CEREC椅旁系统操作技术在前牙美学瓷贴面修复中的应用提供参考依据。方法 将123例要求通过瓷贴面改善前牙美观重建微笑曲线的患者随机分为实验组（n=62）和对照组（n=61）。实验组应用CEREC椅旁系统由医师和患者共同设计修复体形态和微笑曲线,应用CAD/CAM技术制作修复体。对照组由医师设计修复体形态和微笑曲线,通过填写设计单的方式与技师进行沟通,由技师制作完成修复体。修复体在患者口内进行试戴,对患者试戴满意度进行统计。两组患者试戴满意度进行χ-2检验,以P〈0.05差异有统计学意义。结果 实验组患者试戴满意度为91.94%,对照组患者试戴满意度为52.46%。两组患者试戴满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 与传统修复方式相比,应用CEREC椅旁系统对患者进行前牙美学瓷贴面修复设计制作更加方便快捷,患者对修复效果满意度更高。Objective To evaluate the impact of CEREC Chairside System application on degree of satisfaction in patients restored anterior teeth with porcelain veneer.Methods 123 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=62） and control group（n=61）. The treatment group was restored anterior teeth by CEREC Chairside System with porcelain veneer. The control group was restored with traditional method by iflling design sheet. To compare the degree of satisfaction of two groups with χ^2 test.Results The degree of satisfaction of treatment group was 91.94%. The control group was 52.46%. There was a signiifcant difference between two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion Compared with the traditional restore method, patients restored anterior teeth with porcelain veneer by CEREC Chairside System were with more satisfaction.
