全程优质护理在肝硬化护理中的实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在肝硬化住院患者中实施全程优质护理的效果。方法选取2015年4月-2016年2月我院治疗的肝硬化患者70例,随机分为两组,每组各35例,对照组应用常规护理,观察组实施全程优质护理,对比两组住院时间与治疗有效率。结果 观察组住院时间（22.14±2.56）d短于对照组（36.49±3.26）d（P〈0.05）;观察组有效率（94.29%）高于对照组（77.14%）（P〈0.05）。结论 在肝硬化住院患者中实施全程优质护理能够缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of whole course high quality nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods 70 cases of liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each group of 35 cases. Routine nursing care of control group, observation group to implement the whole process of quality care, to compare the two groups of hospital stay and treatment effciency. Results The hospitalization time （22.14±2.56） d of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （36.49±3.26） d （P〈0.05）. The effective rate （94.29%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （77.14%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the patients with liver cirrhosis, the whole process of high quality nursing can shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment effect.
