摘　　要：目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法将我院2013年2月至2014年3月收治的96例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组48例,两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组加用醒脑静注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果经过2周治疗后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.4%、79.2%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重的不良反应。结论醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 96 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases, two groups were given basic treatment, the treatment group and the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection treatment, compared two groups of patients. Results After 2 weeks treatment, the total effective rate was 90.4% in the treatment group, 79.2% in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Two groups of patients no serious adverse events during treatment. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection treatment of acute cerebral infarction significant clinical effect, worthy of clinical application.
