摘　　要：在新的班级建设思想指导下,班级文化建设呈现出新的发展趋势。班级成员的个体性、群体性、学生的创新能力和学业成绩构成班级文化建设的综合指数。完善班级文化建设,对于拓展学生的创新能力,推进素质教育具有重要而深远的意义。Under the new concept of class culture construction, a new development trend begins to emerge on class culture construction. The students’ individuality, collectivity, innovation ability, and the academic performance constitute to the overall index of class culture construction. Perfecting class culture construction will be of great significance to improve students’ innovation ability and enhance quality education.
